Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Asisteme AI. This page explains what data we can delete, what may be retained for legal reasons, and how to submit your request.

This action is permanent. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to all associated history, configurations, and integrations.

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Include in the body: your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a statement that you are requesting deletion of all personal data.

Verify your identity: We will reply within 5 business days to confirm your identity before processing the request.

Confirmation: Once deletion is complete, we will send you a written confirmation. The full process takes up to 30 calendar days from identity verification.

Scope of This Policy

This page covers data collected directly by Asisteme AI through the web-agentic.asisteme.ai platform. If you connected third-party services (e.g., Google, Slack, Notion) through our integrations, please also request data deletion directly from those providers, as they maintain independent data stores.

Data processed on behalf of enterprise clients under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be subject to additional contractual obligations. Enterprise clients should contact their Asisteme account manager.

Your Additional Rights

Beyond deletion, you may also request:

  • Access: A copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Updates to inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Portability: Your data exported in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV).
  • Restriction: Limiting how we use your data while a deletion request is being processed.

All requests are handled under applicable privacy law including the Colombian Personal Data Protection Law (Law 1581 of 2012), GDPR, and applicable US state privacy laws.

Delete Your Account Directly

If you have an active account on our platform, you can request the permanent deletion of all your data directly from within the application — no emails required. Please review the information on this page carefully before proceeding, as this action is irreversible.

Follow these steps

Step 1 — Sign in to your account

Access the platform at web-agentic.asisteme.ai using your registered email address and password.

Step 2 — Navigate to Account Settings

Once logged in, go to your Profile and open the Settings section. You can typically find this in the top-right menu of the dashboard.

Step 3 — Request account deletion

Within Settings, locate the "Delete Account" option. Confirm your identity when prompted. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 calendar days in accordance with this policy.
